It's nice just to be able to go, "Hey I feel like going out; wanna come with?" And it just happens.
I usually forget to bring my camera to places.
Like one time I went out during sunset. It was really pretty and I was like, "DANG, I wish I brought my camera." So with no regrets, I brought it with me this time. Just to practice shooting at night.
We wandered around the University Center in search of some food. I've been there a couple of times, but this time I got a good look at the place. Lots of places to stop and eat things, like Yogurtland, and boba, and Japanese food, and stuff like that.
We ended up going to a place that sells Japanese style food.
It was pretty filling. I don't know what else to say.
I got some more night shot practice in afterwards, and I kind of like these pictures.
Haha, I called Jay today, to ask about flash properties for my camera, just in case I wanted to do the fancy stuff Jay and Dennis do with their pictures. Talking to him made me miss home even more. I do like it here in Irvine, but hearing Jay and everyone in the background almost brought me to tears. Of course, it's silly, because it's not like I'm here forever. It's probably that I'm afraid I'm going to be farther apart from them. That is something that I will try my hardest to prevent.
I'm coming home soon.
